  1. 1. Teachers can create positive atmosphere in multiple ways. Positive atmosphere that concerns the physical environment should be inviting for the students to learn. The students should feel that their classroom is welcoming and they should also feel that they are safe in it. Proper and right amount of ventilation and light are also important in order for the students to focus in class. Having a positive atmosphere doesn’t mean it only concern the physical variables but what is more important is how the teacher will handle the class. Teacher should build a good rapport with the students for them to be comfortable. It is also important that the students should not feel shy or worse afraid whenever they are in class.

    2. Learning is not the only thing that can be acquired from teaching. There are many ways to be able to learn. Being creative and fun is an important tool of the teachers in order for them to gain the attention of the students. Showing clips, movies and documentaries related to the lesson in class is one of the examples. In here, students will not get bored unlike in the traditional school setting where the teacher does the talking. One more would be having group works these could be role playing, singing and dancing etc. This way the students can use their creative and performance skills. Another thing is the social skill is also being practice it involves interaction.

    3. The three levels of learning are Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor. Cognitive is the mental skills (Knowledge), Affective is the growth in feelings or emotional areas (Attitude) and Psychomotor is the manual or physical skills (Skills). I will assume that Cognitive is the most applicable to beginning learners because this is the stage where students should really develop their mental skills. The emotional and physical skills are somewhat developed already before they even go to a proper school. The people around the child might have been taught the basic physical skills and at the same time the child develops its emotional aspect.

  2. 1. a positive classroom atmosphere is an effective way in motivating place to learn and can have a positive result on the achievement of students. The positive atmosphere starts with the teacher, the way she talks, teach and communicate to the students. Begin each day a positive aura by smiling and responding positively to the greeting of students as well as to the co-teachers, creating a positive word before the discussion starts. For the physical atmosphere use bright lights, worm colors in decorating classrooms, create q wall displays that is educational and motivating like pictures, words or inspirational quotations etc.

    2. Being in the school 7days a week, sitting and listening to the discussion of the teacher, in behalf of them I'm speaking that it is helpful to the students to have a alternative way for them to learn or even how they teacher touch their lectures. Engaging them to some activities like group activities which they can use their other skills or hidden talents in singing, dancing, dramatizations, design presentations and by enhancing their cognitive ability in sharing of thoughts and constructive playing. Interaction to other or communicating I think is one of the best way to learn.

    3. Cognitive, Psychomotor and Affective are the three level of learning. In my own opinion it is more applicable for the beginnimg learners to engage them in tasks that they can use their cognitive ability. Like what Bloom's said in his Taxonomy of Learning, Cognitive domain involves the knowledge and the development of intellectual skills that includes recognition of facts, procedural patterns, recalls etc. in this case if the beginning learner reach or at least know his capabilities cognitively everything follows. =)

  3. 1. Physical and emotional environment must be structured. As well the role of self-esteem inside the classroom. When I say physical this means desk and chairs arrangement, student’s placement and the classroom decoration. Remember, all seating arrangement should accommodate an inclusive learning environment and so they will not be distracted. In relation to emotional environment it is our responsibility to value each and every one of our students in the class, so that each student feels special and important. Self-esteem of the students’ is important because this will result in increased achievement. We must praise and appreciate our student’s ability and intellect for them to be proud of themselves. Let’s keep this in mind as future teachers; the ABC’s to set a positive tone in the classroom. Act confident of yourself, Be respectful of others and
    Connect with your students.

    2. There are so many ways a student can learn aside in teaching them inside the classroom. Take them out and let them experience learning with the help of the outside world or the environment. An educational trip is one good example. With this they will actually see what’s really happening in reality or outside the classroom. They will be able to compare the lectures with what’s really happening. We can provide them as well extra-curricular activities, for them to enhance their other skills and help them hone it and use it in a productive way.

    3. Benjamin Bloom identified three domains of educational activities: Cognitive (Mental Skills), Affective (Emotions/Attitudes) and ¬Psychomotor (Skills). In my own understanding, as a beginner, Affective domain has a bigger factor in learning. We must first be aware of the manner in which we deal with things emotionally. We must know the value of learning. We must know what we feel towards education. What should be our attitude and who motivates us to learn.

  4. 1.
A positive classroom atmosphere isn’t just about having the right room physical conditions and structuring. A positive classroom atmosphere conducive for learning also means a having a positive psychological climate inside the classroom that is supportive of learning. Creating a non-threatening atmosphere for the students mean a comfortable atmosphere to help students respond positively and constructively to their education.

    2.
It has always been said that learning doesn’t always happen inside in the classroom. Thus, teachers should also provide other learning opportunities for children which doesn’t always confine them to the traditional learning inside the four walls of the room or nailing them to textbooks. Teachers can also provide interactive learning, or other activities that can supplement what they have learned inside the classroom – e.g. educational trips, group activities, experiments, community involvement or projects. Providing them with activities beyond their books or discussions can help concretize whatever it is that they have learned inside the classroom.

    3.
The three levels of learning are identified as: Cognitive (Mental Skills), Affective (Emotions/Attitudes), and Psychomotor (Movement Skills). As preschool teacher, I have observed that Affective learning is most applicable for early or beginning learners. Since they are young, their cognitive is still developing. Thus we have to appeal to their affective. In short, we make emotion a part of their learning. As it has been said, “we tend to remember and learn more those that strike our hearts.” The more emotionally involved the students, the greater the impact of learning. Which is why in preschool, it is important that the kids are having fun and happy in class, to help them remember the experience and the learning.

  5. 1. How can teachers create positive classroom atmosphere?

Positive classroom atmosphere is a broad term. If I am to talk about enhancing the physical aspect of the room, one is by keeping it clean and safe which contributes to the students' sense of orderliness and security. Teachers would organize the students in groups and assign them scheduled tasks to help in maintaining the cleanliness of their classroom. This does not only train the children to keep and appreciate a clean environment but also teaches them how to accomplish a given task. Safety inside the classrooms calls for proper installation of electrical outlets considering that preschoolers are quite curious about anything they see and touch. For classrooms to be more conducive for studying, a good lighting and ventilation is a must.

    2. Aside from teaching, what other opportunities should be provided to children/students for them to learn?

We have to remember that learning occurs not just through teaching but should also be something experienced. By using other teaching strategies, the teacher understands which approach works better. Students can be taught through group dancing or singing which would improve social skills. Getting them to role-play can help improve their articulation and language skills and also builds their confidence as they become better expressing themselves.

    3. Identify the 3 levels of learning. Among these levels which do you think is most applicable to beginning learners?

According to Bloom's taxonomy of learning the three domains of learning are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Cognitive refers to comprehension and critical skills, affective is about awareness and growth in attitudes, emotion, and feelings, while psychomotor focuses on the development of physical skills and behavior.

If I am to apply bloom's taxonomy to categorize a beginning learner, toddlers (age 2 to 3) would be under psychomotor level because of their need to develop a sense of control over their physical skills and wanting to be independent. I would classify a preschooler (age 3 to 5) under the cognitive level because this group of children can be taught to analyze and interpret information since they are in the stage of exploring, understanding, and gaining control over their environment.

  6. 1. How can teachers create positive classroom atmosphere?
To create a positive atmosphere in a classroom, a teacher must be approachable at all times not affecting his/her students if he/she is having a personal problem. It is also important to know the names of all his/her students and call them by their names so that the children feel important to the teacher. Encouraging the students to answer and speak their opinion if asked and not criticizing their response if incorrect, instead find ways on how to correct their mistakes without harming their self-esteem will also create an impression that learning is a two-way process. Aside from this, it is important that the physical condition of the classroom must be addressed. A tidy and well-organized classroom will also help the students give a peaceful and conducive environment for them to focus on their studies and learn more effectively.

2.Aside from teaching what other opportunities should be provided to children\
    students for them to learn?
Most commonly extra-curricular activities are provided to students as an alternative means of learning. These include fieldtrips where students are brought to different places that provide them actual learning experiences like zoo, botanical gardens, museum, convention centers and others. Activities like camping, including them in drills like fire/earthquake drills will also help to not limit the learning experiences in a typical academic learning set-up. It is also important that they be given research activities so that they will be able to learn on their own resources giving them the opportunity to explore their areas of interest.

    3. Identify the 3 levels of learning. Among these levels which do you think is most
    applicable to beginning learners?
The three levels of learning include cognitive, affective and psychomotor. I think cognitive learning is the most crucial for the beginning learners. It is always said to teach the child as much as possible cognitively because at this stage their brain is like a sponge that can absorb almost anything and that early memory retains much longer. It is important to stimulate the child’s brain at an early stage because a child’s emotional development is always second to mature compared to cognitive development.

  7. 1. Numerous ways a teacher can create a positive classroom atmosphere. Controlling the environment is one of the first things to consider in each class, to eliminate distractions and to increase the interest of students in learning. Placing positive quotations on walls to live up the spirit of the students, and having warm decorations that could influence the aura. But not only the physical attributes of the room needs to be prepared, it should also be the teacher itself. Not literally saying that he is part of the decorations and all, but a having an organized behaviour and a calm approach gives the room more enlightenment. The teacher mainly controls what’s going to happen in that four corners, so the teacher must respond positively and lively always.
    2. One of the basic methods that educators use is traditional teaching. Nevertheless, a simple sharing of experiences is already part of learning. Group activities in and outside the school, film showing and immersions are great ways to acquire learning. The more interactive you integrate on your lesson plan the more exciting and the retention of learning it could be.
    3. There are three distinct levels of learning. The cognitive is for knowledge or intellectual skills, affective for the growth of feelings or attitudes, and psychomotor for the manual or physical skills. I would say that cognitive domain is the first level of learning all humans acquire. Even since birth, humans are design to discover new things, let’s take a toddler as an example, they first learn how to sing, then they were able memorize it as a level of mastery, and then it goes on. Hence, this would be advised to be used in beginning learners.

  8. 1. How can teachers create positive classroom atmosphere?

The classroom environment should do as much to foster cooperation and acceptance as the teaching methods that the teacher uses. The classroom environment can either improve or impede a student's ability to learn and feel safe and comfortable as a member of the class. Develop a set of written expectations you can live with and enforce. Be consistent. Be patient with yourself and with your students. Make parents your allies. Call early and often. Use the word "concerned." When communicating a concern, be specific and descriptive. Don't talk too much. Use the first 15 minutes of class for lectures or presentations, then get the kids working. Break the class period into two or three different activities. Be sure each activity segues smoothly into the next. Begin at the very beginning of each class period and end at the very end. Don't roll call. Take the roll with your seating chart while students are working. Keep all students actively involved. For example, while a student does a presentation, involve the other students in evaluating it. Discipline individual students quietly and privately. Never engage in a disciplinary conversation across the room. Keep your sense of perspective and your sense of humor. Know when to ask for help.

2.Aside from teaching what other opportunities should be provided to children\
    students for them to learn?

The children have a right to play. Play is not only inherently valuable as an enjoyable activity; it is also a process through which children learn. Play enhances problem solving ability and promotes opportunities to experiment with creative thought. Dramatic or symbolic play contribute to a range of developmental virtues including communication, cooperation, interpersonal problem solving, creativity, personal responsibility and imagination.
Games are important teaching tools. The main purpose for any game for children is to develop and refine skills in a situation that is fun. Some games need props and others just need players.

    3. Identify the 3 levels of learning. Among these levels which do you think is most
    applicable to beginning learners?

    • Cognitive: mental skills (Knowledge)
    • Affective: growth in feelings or emotional areas (Attitude)
    • Psychomotor: manual or physical skills (Skills)
For me the cognitive is more applicable for the beginner because these processes include attention, remembering, producing and understanding language, solving problems, and making decisions. Cog¬ni¬tive abil¬i¬ties are the brain-based skills we need to carry out any task from the sim¬plest to the most com¬plex. They have more to do with the mech¬a¬nisms of how we lea
